team profiles: trish gamper (ba, ma psych)

Trish began with ratioin 1998 and has been involved in a range of projects and consultations.

ratio currently manages the Arts Training NSW ITAB, with Trish as the Project Manager. Arts Training NSW is the peak advisory body on vocational education and training for the arts and cultural industries for the state. In this capacity Trish provides practical guidance and information about skills training, qualifications and career paths for the arts industry in NSW. She liases with industry, provides feedback to the NSW Department of Education and Training, provides advice to training providers and practitioners, and manages the day to day business of the Body.

Trish also set up and currently manages the editing function within ratio. She has edited a range of Training Packages including Drilling, Aeroskills, Property Services and Finance.

She was actively involved in the development of the Innovation Competency Standards and associated support materials in the INNOVATION > IDEAS THAT WORK series.

She was also responsible for the development of the Music Industry Training Package support materials.

During the time that ratio managed the National Assessors and Workplace Trainers Body (NAWTB), Trish was responsible for the development of a range of professional development and assessment materials, seminar presentations as well as providing advice and assistance to NAWT constituents.
