team profiles: tess julian (ba, dip ed, maitd)

Tess Julian started ratio in 1990. As Director of ratio she has developed a record of achievement related to organisational development and innovation. Tess has had a long association teaching creativity and innovation. She started her working life as a teacher of drama and is now an expert in innovation @work skills.

Tess currently spends about half of her time working with organisations to assist them with developing innovative working environments in which ideas not only flourish but also are realised and add value. Her expertise and support is being utilised by a range of ratio clients including:

: Rural Solutions South Australia.

The rest of Tess's time at ratio is focused on research and development in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Under her guidance ratio continues to work on projects with the:
