team profiles: robyn alexander (ba, m comm, dip ed)

Robyn Alexander is an Associate with ratio and is the Melbourne arm of our business, focusing on using the innovation process within the industrial relations sector. She has worked in industrial relations and adult education for over 20 years.

Robyn held senior positions in TAFE NSW as Manager of Industrial Relations Policy and Research and most recently as Director, Staff Development at the University of New South Wales. Robyn has taught in both the TAFE system and university sector and facilitated workshops for joint consultative committees in a range of industries. She is co-author of the textbook Understanding Australian Industrial Relations, which is currently in its 6th edition.
