Six degrees of Innovation - Designing Innovations with Impact
Is highly interactive and takes the group through a set of skills and behaviours which can be applied to any problem or opportunity. While it is relaxed and engaging there is also a theoretical framework which needs to be understood and applied.. it not all about creativity and ideation. In fact for many people that is the easy part. Innovation thinking requires skills to really understand what is needed, and that means challenging deeply held assumptions and traditions. It also requires behaviours and interpersonal skills that build trust, that are open to other ways of doing things and that inspire others to get on board.
The program starts by introducing the skills, knowledge and behaviours though practical activities and then uses live issues to practice and apply. At the end of the session, participants should be on their way to designing innovations for their specific situation.
