IDEASMART
ratio has recently developed a new management development tool to include in our suite of Innovation Works™ training programs. Working in a team, participants go through the process of designing a business called IDEASMART. The program encourages organisations to think of how to design the ideal working environment for the generation and implementation of good ideas.

EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS VIDEO
Ratio is working with Arts Training NSW and Summer Hill Media to develop a DVD resource addressing employability skills in the arts and cultural industries, retail and hospitality. The DVD resource will demonstrate three industry case studies designed to make employability skills explicit through workplace learning and assessment.
