With over 15 years working in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment ratio applies our innovation methodology to our other work in the area of research, education and training. We develop resources, learning materials and competency standards highly regarded in the education sector due to their clear and creative content and presentation. We also produce learning guides, assessment tools, professional development materials, research reports and strategic advice for a wide range of industries and organisations. ratio is currently working with Arts Training NSW and Summer Hill Media to develop a DVD resource addressing employability skills in the arts and cultural industries, retail and hospitality. The DVD resource will demonstrate three industry case studies designed to make employability skills explicit through workplace learning and assessment. ratio has provided consultancy services to develop several resources for training across a range of industries, including the following:

general training delivery and consultancy ratio has worked with organisations to deliver structured training programs that combine innovation skills and information. In such cases, the participants had access to a learning resource which provided them with the opportunity to gather evidence of competency against a relevant competency standard from the new Workplace Training and Assessment Training Package. We have also been consulted to develop manuals that promote products with easy to use diagrams, checklists, templates and tools to support businesses in dealings with consumers. |
